Youth Mobilities
Youth Exchanges implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
Youth mobility is the core of all AGD and its member organizations’ programs. AGD strongly believes that youth exchanges among different countries play a huge role in intercultural understanding and in reinforcing solidarity and “friendship” among nations. Our youth mobility programs aim to:
Promote diversity
Strengthen common values of tolerance and respect of human rights.
Empower youth and encourage them to take initiatives and make a change in their own communities.
Enhancing their critical thinking and increasing their social awareness.
Education

Adult and Vocational Education Projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
Education is a pillar of every country in the world. We believe that adult and vocational education are key components to worldwide collaborative efforts to achieve social justice that is important to the welfare of societies as a whole. Through adult and vocational education, AGD and its member organizations aim to:
Enhance employability prospects of adult learners.
Promote active citizenship.
Contributes to improving social solidarity.
Contribute to the learners’ personal and professional development.
Promote life-long learning.
Equip learners with necessary skills and competencies needed in certain professions.

AGD and its member organizations are committed to delivering transformational solutions using innovative learning methodologies serving community-based organizations and youth at large. Our distinct methodology heavily relies on applying practical knowledge so that learnt concepts are firmly grasped through experiential learning methods.
Research and Development

Research and development projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
AGD members carry out a number of activities in terms of research and development, including research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols. Our Main Functions:
Develop concepts, projects, and solutions by coordinating with other organizations.
Identifying and assessing the needs of our target groups to be able to better serve them.
Establish the goals and priorities of the EU Commission in order to develop relevant projects that contribute to achieving those goals.
Lead key Research projects to support our organizations’ goals.
Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
Identify training tools and methodologies that best contribute to achieving the goals of the organizations.
Monitoring and Evaluation and quality control of projects.
SDG Awareness
SDG Awareness
SDG Awareness projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a universally acknowledged developmental agenda, and it is expected that everyone around the world would be aware, knowledgeable and be willing to contribute to its accomplishment.
AGD and its member organizations as key actors in transforming the SDGs from international commitments to particular activities at the national and the European level through:
Communicating the SDGs to a broad audience through trainings and workshops.
Implementing projects focusing on the implementation of the SDGs.
Developing and maintaining partnerships with other national and European NGOs to explore opportunities of collaboration towards the accomplishment of the SDGs.
Human Rights
Human Rights
Human rights projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
AGD and its member organizations are strongly committed to defending and fostering Human Rights on the national and the European levels.
We carry a wide range of activities that aim at protecting and promoting human rights. Our activities include:
Enhancing the knowledge and understanding of human rights.
Promoting the rights of women, children, and the minorities.
Including human rights education in youth and adult education trainings.
Migration and Refugees
Migration and Refugees
Migration and refugees projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
According to the European commission stated that despite the fact that migration tends to have a positive impact on the economic and social development, there seems to be a growing fear that current levels and structure of migration are unsustainable in many parts of the world.
AGD focuses big part of its work in establishing projects help in integrating migrants and refugees, not only due to the vast knowledge of our members in this field but also because of the diversity in the team who have experienced a migration background, in Migration and Refugees Program AGD strive to achieve :
Establish integration courses for newly arrived refugees.
Promote for intercultural Dialogue as a strong tool of integration.
Environment Protection
Environment Protection
Environment protection projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
AGD believes that environmental protection is an important social and political task with its own objectives in order to create environmental policy and to contribute to social and ecological dimensions of sustainability.
We are convinced that the automotive and chemical industries and agriculture must focus more strongly than before on environmental trends. and that’s why we give big focus to Environment protection projects as an important tool for our aimed global development.

Peace building projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
One of the major focus program that AGD adopting is peace building in which we use a wide diverse approaches and methods to ensure that people are safe from harm, have access to law and justice, and are included in the political decisions that affect them in order to have a good access to better economic opportunities, and enjoy better livelihoods.
Our Peace building program in AGD strive to achieve the following aspects:
Strengthening democracy and inclusion
Working together with business and trade to create sustainable jobs and improving employment practices specially for young Adults.
Including peace education in conflict resolution trainings.
Improving healthcare and self protection awareness.
Media and Arts
Media and Arts
Media and arts projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
AGD seeks to develop training tools to co-create media, and to navigate different types of Arts in order to enable our beneficiaries organizations or individuals to participate actively in the digital world.
By gaining media literacy, AGD will gain the tools to share their own stories and ideas among member organizations and their beneficiaries and make their voices heard especially from the Youth Sector.
Sports

Sport projects implemented by AGD and/or its member organizations.
AGD and its member organizations strongly believe in “a sound mind is in a sound body.” We use sports as a medium to contribute to the understanding of the uniqueness of our human nature irrespective of our multi-allelism and to ignite a concerted spirit of solidarity in the pursuit of peaceful coexistence in our world.
Our activities include:
Promoting sporting activities, games and competitions.
Offering sports opportunities in an international context to improve integration in German
Use sports as a tool for social inclusion and personal development.

Nutrition and physical activity have a significant impact on the healthy growth of children, youth and adults.
Nutrition and physical activity have a significant impact on the healthy growth of children, youth and adults. Since we strongly believe in “a sound mind is in a sound body,” AGD and its member organizations focus their efforts on promoting good nutrition and physical activity.
